Bauma CHINA 2024
The Bauma CHINA 2024 be grandly held from November 26 to 29 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Jrone (Booth: N3.680) will showcase high-performance turbochargers designed for Off-highway machinery applications, including construction machinery, mining machinery, agricultural machinery, marine machinery, and industrial generators. We cordially invite you to visit our booth.
Jrone’s turbochargers on display will cover major global Off-highway machinery brands, such as Sany, Doosan, Caterpillar, Deutz, Perkins, Komatsu, Hitachi, Kobelco, Volvo, John Deere, Case IH/New Holland, Kubota, and Yanmar.
Off-highway machinery operates under challenging conditions, including large load fluctuations, continuous long hours of operation, harsh working environments, and varying terrains. These demanding conditions require higher performance, reliability, and robustness from turbochargers. Jrone has designed turbochargers specifically for Off-highway machinery applications.
1.Optimized Design for 3% Efficiency Boost and 1.5% Fuel Reduction: Advanced aerodynamic solutions are applied to increase intake pressure, allowing more air to enter the combustion chamber. This improves engine intake volume and combustion efficiency, significantly enhancing engine power output, boosting fuel economy, reducing environmental pollution, and supporting the green operation of Off-highway machinery.2.Strong Oil Sealing Ability with -8Kpa Negative Pressure Resistance: By increasing the number of labyrinth seals, Jrone’s turbochargers are capable of withstanding higher negative pressure, improving oil sealing performance and reducing the risk of oil leakage under variable operating conditions. All turbochargers undergo 100% online airtightness testing during manufacturing, ensuring that each Jrone product can withstand high-intensity pressure in harsh working environments. Additionally, precision components are meticulously processed and undergo strict quality control to ensure long-term stable operation.3. Outstanding Reliability: The rotor system of the turbocharger is designed and verified through simulations with reasonable material selection. Advanced manufacturing processes and top-tier production equipment, such as OKUMA imported grinding machines, Mazak, Hatten high-precision lathes, Schenck dynamic balancing machines, and intelligent assembly inspection lines, are used. Jrone has a comprehensive quality control system in place, ensuring that each turbocharger passes through rigorous checks, from part selection to final product testing. This guarantees robust performance and reliability under complex working conditions.
