The rocker arm damper structure of a turbocharger includes a damper located at the exhaust port of the turbocharger flow channel, a rocker arm used to drive the damper to open or close, and a connecting plate assembly. During the operation of the turbocharger, the actuator mechanism receives a pressure relief command from the engine, pulls the connecting plate, and the connecting plate drives the rocker arm. The damper will be in a continuous working state of opening and closing, requiring greater torque for the welding strength between the connecting plate and rocker arm. The rotary welding process can greatly improve the welding strength between components, reduce the risk of fracture of the connecting component, and extend its service life.
