The Control Logic for Twin Turbos

1.The Function of Twin Turbos

(1)  Increase the intake pressure to boost engine power and high-altitude adaptability.
(2)  Expand the flow range of the turbocharging system to meet the demands of high power,
high torque, and low fuel consumption.
(3)  Adjust the exhaust gas pressure in the exhaust manifold and the boost pressure in the intake
pipe to achieve EGR and meet emission standards.
(4)  Adopting a low-inertia low-pressure turbocharger effectively solves the problem of system
      acceleration lag.

2.Product Improvement and Optimization-Exhaust Gas Control Actuator

Why do we need to make these improvements: High temperature, high flow rate, and fast

response requirements for secondary turbocharging conditions?

Thermal insulation pad: effectively insulating and protecting electronic components

Improve reliability pin: the bushing adopts a pin to prevent loosening, ensuring stable and reliable operation

Sealing rings: positioning and sealing function, ensuring stable performance

Calibration of actuators: synchronous calibration of voltage, displacement, and air pressure, full stroke

monitoring to ensure factory quality
